There is a one-off £495 Setup & Configuration fee covering branding, workflow configuration, initial users, standard integrations, onboarding and up to 3 months of standard data migration. The £349 monthly subscription is rolling, with a 10% saving for annual payment.
Do different plans have different features?
No. Every YDP customer gets the complete platform. The standard £349 monthly subscription includes up to 5 operations/admin users and 10 field/mobile users; additional users can be added as your team grows.
Can YDP be configured around our business?
Yes. YDP is designed to adapt to the way your operation works, including terminology, user roles, workflows and corporate colour branding.
Do staff get a simple mobile view?
Yes. Field and service users can receive a focused mobile-friendly workspace showing only the work, tasks and information relevant to their role.
